OUR CUSTOM DOCKS ARE BUILT TO LAST

Our metal docks are custom crafted for your lifestyle. We offer a variety of unique designs and accessories combined with heavy duty construction that will provide long-lasting and low maintenance enjoyment.

Our dock frames are built using 14 gauge, G90, electroplate galvanized, C-channel steel. Full 10” C-channel stringers are then bolted inside the 10” side channels on 16” or 24” center depending on the decking span requirements.

Roof construction is supported by 12 gauge 4” galvanized steel posts and 16 gauge 8” roof joints. For gable and hip roofs we use 26 gauge roof panels. Flat roofs constructed for immediate or future installation of sundecks are constructed with 22 gauge interlocking panels. A roof overhang on the lake and shore side with gutters direct water to the four corners.

  • Dock Size and Configuration: In most cases, this will be determined by your dock permit.
  • Decking Material: Options include pressure treated pine, IPE or AstroPlastic decking, and Moisture shield decking in the Vision, Elevate, or Meridian line (available with the cool deck technology that is 35% cooler than anyone else on the market). A wide variety of synthetic decking manufactures.
  • Roof Option and Color: Options to consider include no roof, flat roof, gable roof, or the combination of both. We also can give you a full or partial sundeck. All available in a verity of colors and textures.
  • Railing Material (if applicable): We offer several types of railing systems for your boat dock, we can do the simple two or three pipe system, wooden handrail with balusters, or even the cable rail system that is almost invisible after it is installed.
  • Dock Accessories: See our section on Dock Accessories for a full list of options including jack down wheel ramp systems, dock boxes, lighting, audio and more.

Stationary / fixed docks

We build custom stationary or fixed docks on private lakes in Georgia.

Stationary docks are typically built where floating docks are not allowed or not needed because of minimal water level fluctuation. These docks are built with 6” x 6” (square) ground contact quality pressure treated pine posts, pressure treated pine framing, and the decking material of your choice.

  • Dock Size and Configuration: This critical first step is often influenced by your homeowners association or other community association governing the lake.
  • Decking Material: Options include pressure treated pine, MoistureShield decking (in the Vision or Meridian line), Atroplastics, Elevate and IPE. We also offer a wide variety of other synthetic deckings.
